Mixo is able to assist clients with strategically integrating effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations. To accomplish this, Mixo may need to perform needs assessments or audits and make recommendations or proposals, coordinate the creation and implementation of an action or corrective plan, and when required, organize and coordinate cross-functional Human Resource teams to assist the client with developing and implementing performance improvement corrective plans, programs or processes.

Labour Relations

Mixo will work with management and employees to provide guidance, direction and advice about the application or interpretation of human resources and labour policies, practices and procedures. Mixo is also able to maintain the integrity of the conflict resolution process or program by providing guidance and advice to management when employees file complaints or claims with Human Resources related to employment policies, procedures or practices. Mixo also offers maintaining records and a database pertaining to appeals, grievance, mediation, compliance and other formal cases that require HR interventions; communicating and coordinating unemployment hearing notices; and drafting and finalizing response letters, settlements and agreements, Performance appraisals, employment contracts and team building etc
